Not where you live right now or what’s your birthplace or that of your parents, but where your family originates from. Russia? Poland? Ukraine? Morocco? Syria? etc…

I guess most of you are from Eastern-Europe.

Depends. Leased or bought? Late model or used? Do you stack the cups in the cupholder?

Eretz Yisroel until we were taken in chains to Rome many years ago. From there we found our way to Eastern Europe and eventually Brooklyn USA.

My grandparents came from Ukraine/Russia/Poland. My mother was born here after her mother came to the USA from Lithuania and met and married my Zaydie who was from Poland.

You wouldn’t believe me, but the nephew of my great great great (etc…) grandfather tried to found a Jewish homeland in Florida. He also served as the first Jewish senator in US history.

Because (relatively) very few Jewish families can claim to have been in the US since the 18th century without being assimilated. I guess your family is Sephardi (from Sefarad,…not from Orient).

Hey azar777, u say ur from Tehran Iran

Did you read that article in the zman before pesach about the rabbi from iran? It sounded not true cuz if you reasearch it a little u see the chief rabbi was someone else. Can you verify for us who the rabbis were?

(lost my trust in zman article, honestly im prob not the only one)
