    I can never find it when I need it most. It’s there when I need to shut down (another oxymoron), but when I need to turn on & START my computer it’s just not there. (Pressing the <Any Key> doesn’t either work.)

    Any Ideas? C’mon techies!

    You’ll have to go to ControllPanel, Devices, Computer, OperatingState, On. When prompted with, “Are you sure you want to use this computer?”, click on “I think so”.
