I last posted at 9:11 this morning while waiting for my 9:15 client to arrive.
I was in court from 11-3 and now am taking some time off to be with Mrs. CTL.There are many threads that lose my interest as they diverge from the OP or the baiting and trolling starts, so I walk away.
BTW…how’s the mailbox holding up?
Weather is lovely where I live, I’ve been gardening and driving to the ocean with frequency. I’m not very interested in some of the current topics.
Where did all the liberals go? Most of they stayed in place for the last fifty years, and discovered that positions
the were liberal during the mid-20th century (free trade, support for a color blind society, support for freedom abroad) are now conservative positions. Many if not most of the leading Republicans started off as Democrats, including Trump.Akuperma, nice diversion.

sorry for the typo….SAY, not dayCTL, that type of reasoning might impress a jury but don’t try it in front of a judge. What does one have to do with the other? Moreover, he met Nancy after he and Jane Wyman had already filed for divorce (and according to Halacha once Noahides split up they are considered divorced). He was helping get her name of a list of Communists (she had been confused with another Nancy Davis). Anyway, Noahides are not subject to the cherem of Rabbenu Gershom so he did not do anything wrong. BTW, he and Jane remained friends and she supported his political campaigns.
In answer to the O.P.’s question, after they were mugged by reality they went to conservatives every one.
ToL CTLAWYER and his comments on Ronnie and wife #1— Interesting comparison, both Reagan and Trump cheated on their wives while they were Democrats, and become proper husbands when they became Republicans! Hmm, maybe that’s why the Republicans are a minority party (writing off the “cheating” vote)????
Hmm white car, I do have an interest in politics, and discussing politics. Right now I find it preferable to discuss politics in the RW over morning coffee before I go to play in the garden or at the beach.

Not one of the people you mentioned left the party and were elected to office as Republicans.I did not make a list with the title you used. Read the thread before posting nonsense and making accusations.
I always thought they went to their natural habitat of geheinom.
