I was in need of therapy went for several years it improved the quality of life immensly you need to find the right therapist for you for me it was extremely benificial
i think everyone needs “therapy” in one way or another and at some point or another. but if you dont need anything so intense then its just called a good friend. if you need something more than that go for the professional. I can tell you from personal experience they are amazing
Not every rebbie is qualified to offer you advice. Stick with someone who is trained, if you truly feel you need therapy(as opposed to merely having a sounding board).
