Mods please post this on the main website page as well asap.
I was just driving and I saw a broken traffic light at an intersection which can easily cause an accident so I called 911 to report it and they said they are sending someone to fix right away. If you see things that are problems like broken traffic lights and downed wires and the like please report to 911 immediately they are working very hard to get the city back to normal and we as citizens have an achrayus to do our best to help them by reporting these things.

The 1st thing that you WIY as well as everyone else should have done, is stay off the road, to have the roads vacated & clear for emergency vehicles & for clear-up.
Should you leave 911 for urgent emergencies and call 311 or something for downed wires etc.?
The mayor said to use 911 for emergencies only (such as if you see someone selling a 16oz soda).
For things like downed traffic lights and trees, call or text 311.
People should not be on the road unless it is necessary. If you are driving, even in a place that is supposedly safe, use seichel and drive slower and with more caution than usual, especially at night.
