Huh dont have internet you for real? I think you better see a shrink this looks like a high dose of addiction. I think you should limit your CR use to about half an hour a day at some point during the day but to sit waiting for replies? Well…

Actually it is a shame that they closed the hashkafa thread as I was waiting to hear both your’s and cantoresq’s answers to the points raised. I think notpashut’s last post forced the closure. I dont kid myself that I have managed to persuade either of you two to change your opinions but maybe you now understand our side a little better (I do see where you are coming from although I still think you are wrong).
i check the CR to see if it got updated yet but dont lie around doing nothing in the meantime! lol i try to use every minute and stay productive, because the CR can have the opposite effects…..but as noitallmr mentioned, its good just to have a specific time of day or time slot when you go on…for example, i only go on at night.

Yeah, well, location differences can be prohibitive to even the “simplest” of things. It’s virtual or nothing from me, sorry.
Maybe someone else can volunteer to get your coffee while they’re waiting for you to post comments. Then they could miss when the comments go up and defeat the purpose of volunteering <tee hee>.

oy nebach, the next thing tyw should start is a sort of AA group for people who are addicted to the internet. While this site may be a kosher site, it still proves why so many rabanim assured the internet(besides for innapropriate content) Because it cause BITUL Z”MAN.

squeak – what IS an RSS feed?
Well, Joseph could better answer the question because he uses it for this site (and I don’t). But basically, if you have an RSS reader, you can subscribe to blogs and the like and be notified when they update.
If you click the link “RSS feed for this topic” (at the bottom of every thread above the reply box) you will see the feed – XML code that your reader will translate for your reading pleasure. When a thread is updated, YW releases a new XML and your reader downloads it and can notify you.
smh1 – Go to http://reader.google.com to learn about RSS.

Waiting seven years??
LB- join the club. I suffer from withdrawal everyday from around 10:00 or 12:00 pm until 7:00 am EST. Last night the moderators took a really long break – I think they stopped at around 10:00 pm. Maybe they should find a moderator in EY to do the night shift.
I guess the moderators are making up for last night. It’s really late in America!
time for all of us to go to sleep too already, were not angels that don’t need sleep to rejuvenate us & refresh us for a new day ahead
