    Now this, is worth discussing.

    Usually beer if I had some in the fridge. Otherwise anything from my closet- which usually contained at least some scotch, and often some other variety of spirits as well.

    I usually do not. it ruins the taste of my beer on the date.

    I remember a few dates that were so bad, the first thing I did was pour a drink of pepto bismol.

    i get completely trashed,hammered,plastered after bad dates. after good ones i just get plain drunk

    Me thinks (no not the poster) that there are some people in the CR going out now due to the recent influx of dating etiquette questions (though strangely some of them seem to be started by posters who I am under the impression are married already …)

    Really? I guess there are other times that the freezer opens than I thought (I have never been in a yeshivah with a “freezer” I base pretty much everything I know about it either from peoples’ first hand experiences or hearsay (parents of the kids)

    Not that I know of. The idea is to have the guys focus on their learning for the first 3 months that they start yeshiva (at least in BMG).
