February 27, 2015 10:10 pm at 10:10 pm #1063600screwdriverdelightParticipantwhose brain works?

March 1, 2015 2:37 am at 2:37 am #1063602nishtdayngesheftParticipantSome people focus too much on chitzonius. Does it really make a difference whether she will be a good wife and mother?
The question to ask is if it is Tzanua.
March 1, 2015 2:46 am at 2:46 am #1063603Bookworm120ParticipantIt’s either navy blue or bluish-green.
March 1, 2015 3:11 am at 3:11 am #1063604BuyPaintParticipantProbably a reason to seek science education. Its not anti-torah. Get a degree in Neuroscience if you are really perceptive. A great science. I have studied it for a short time. Very mind boggling.
March 1, 2015 4:02 am at 4:02 am #1063605oomisParticipantGold and white, absolutely! This whole thing makes no sense! I think someone thought this up just in time for Purim!
March 1, 2015 4:11 am at 4:11 am #1063606147ParticipantR’H & Y’K it must be White. Otherwise refer to today’s Parsha of Tetzaveh where most of the Begodim are light blue:- {Sorry no black hats & dark suits nor white shirts}.
March 1, 2015 5:43 am at 5:43 am #1063607barlevParticipant147 the ??? ????? wore white shirt…..
March 1, 2015 6:14 am at 6:14 am #1063608kj chusidParticipantAt first it appears black and blue however if you adjust the lighting you’ll clearly see that….. NO ONE CARES!!!
March 1, 2015 6:36 am at 6:36 am #1063609👑RebYidd23ParticipantIt may not matter, but everyone cares.
March 1, 2015 10:44 am at 10:44 am #1063610sm29ParticipantThe lighting in the pic makes it look white and gold, but it’s blue and black, they said in a report. IIt’s interesting that it’s during this parsha
March 1, 2015 11:17 am at 11:17 am #1063611cozimjewishMemberUmm…..excuse my ignorance, but what in heaven’s name is this thread talking about?!
March 1, 2015 1:30 pm at 1:30 pm #1063612Letakein GirlParticipantThere’s a pic that’s been floating through cyberspace for the past few days, of a dress that some people see as black and white, and others see as white and gold. It’s the coolest thing!
(GO BLACK AND WHITE!!!)
Hey we can totally turn this into color war…
March 1, 2015 1:55 pm at 1:55 pm #1063613🐵 ⌨ GamanitParticipantcozimjewish- Google what color is the dress. It never looked anything other than black and royal blue to me… which is odd because it seems that most people saw it as white and gold. I think it has to do with what percentage of the day you spend in well lighted areas. People who spend more time in the dark have probably adjusted to add more light to everything they see. I spend enough time in well lit areas to automatically take away some light from everything…
March 1, 2015 10:07 pm at 10:07 pm #1063614👑RebYidd23ParticipantHelp! It’s white and gold!

March 2, 2015 5:18 am at 5:18 am #1063616oomisParticipantThis really is naarishkeit, but nonetheless two of my kids looked at the picture at the same time. One saw white and gold, the other saw blue and black. Same instant.
March 2, 2015 6:02 am at 6:02 am #1063617Sam2ParticipantIt was just naarishkeit until it became a fascinating study in both human vision and social interactions.
March 2, 2015 7:34 pm at 7:34 pm #1063618apushatayidParticipantThe makers of Johhnie Walker had the best response.
Is it Black, is it Blue, is it Gold, who cares, just pour me another!
March 2, 2015 9:25 pm at 9:25 pm #1063619R.T.ParticipantThe color of the dress … iridescent.
March 3, 2015 12:27 pm at 12:27 pm #1063620cozimjewishMemberSo I saw it. Black and royal blue, definitely. Although the black does look a bit like gold at the top of the dress (weird I know)

March 4, 2015 12:32 am at 12:32 am #1063621STYLE123MemberI’m really confused about this dress because first i saw it as whit and gold then i saw it as light purple and gold and then i saw a lady trying on the dress(in a video) and over there it defiantly looked like blue and black.
HELP WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY BRAIN????????
March 4, 2015 4:36 pm at 4:36 pm #1063622cherrybimParticipantImagine that witnesses to an event are testifying in bais din and the judges ask them for the color of the women’s dress and they have conflicting testimony; one says blue and the other says white.
The judges are caucusing and discussing the color of the dress and they also get into a disagreement as to the dress color and, as a result, which witness to believe.
March 4, 2015 4:48 pm at 4:48 pm #1063623oomisParticipantBlack and blue, white and gold, the dress is still hideous!
March 4, 2015 5:04 pm at 5:04 pm #1063624interested613MemberI have a Yerushalmi bekitcheh that’s blue and black.
March 12, 2015 12:57 pm at 12:57 pm #1063625cozimjewishMemberIt’s the weirdest thing ever. I just looked at it again, and now it’s definitely light blue and gold. What on earth?!
