its a fact adorable.
btw kate is not a princess, nor was diana a princess, although both of them had princess in their title e.g. Diana, Princess of Wales. She was not Princess Diana.

Well, they are/were princesses by marriage and are entitled to use the title.
In all, there are currently ten people entitled to use the title “Princess” in the UK:
The Duchess of Cornwall (who holds legal title to the style “Princess of Wales” even if she does not use it).
The Duchess of Cambridge
Princess Beatrice of York
Princess Eugenie of York
Lady Louise Windsor (who is legally entitled to use the style of “Princess Louise of Wessex” but does not do so at her parents wishes).
Princess Anne
The Duchess of Gloucester
The Duchess of Kent
Princess Michael of Kent
Princess Alexandra
Of these, only Beatrice, Eugenie, Louise, Anne and Alexandra are princesses by birth and hence known as Princess (first name).

May 6, 2011 6:22 pm at 6:22 pm #765986Pac-ManMemberDid anyone notice in the nearly 2 weeks this thread has been around that William has been stripped of being a Prince and made into a price?
May 6, 2011 6:28 pm at 6:28 pm #765987cucumberMemberwell she certainly is a princess although it strange. In the old days princes married other royalty. This is just proof that the monarchy is worthless. Half their blood is not even royal.

in the old days princesses married amphibians.

Well, no, not really. They *kissed* amphibians. They married amphibians who turned into princes (who, in the majority of cases, were princes before they turned into amphibians).
The Wolf (who is neither prince nor amphibian).

I beg to differ.
Being the son of a King certainly makes you a Prince

I don’t believe that we look at it that way. If a shaygetz marries a Jewish woman, her children are 100% Jewish even though their “blood isn’t 100% Jewish”.

May 11, 2011 2:58 pm at 2:58 pm #766006chocandpatienceMemberWolf is right, as usual. Royalty does not ask to be excused or pardoned, nor beg anything.

I just realized that I left Sophie, Countess of Wessex (Prince Edward’s wife) off the list. Make it eleven people.
