I’m not sure why the OO are so up in a tizzy over the recent RCA announcement. There is no disagreement.
OO generally don’t think rabbonim have any halachic authority. It’s just a name you call people who stand in front of the shul and say a speech every week. Women can’t stand in front of the shul? Women can’t say a speech?
The RCA would also be ok with women doing that role. So would even the moetzes.

Why do think that? As you well know, and have ably parodied, their “rabbis” write teshuvos…
The Moetzes probably wouldn’t be okay with a woman saying a speech.
OOOO you are right however the RCA wont be seen agreeing with the OO
