no particular recipe
i grill it
i use garlic powder, lawrys seasoned salt, and pepper
thats about it. then lemon juice liberally applied at the table after its done
if you find its too dry like that i would marinate it in italian dressing in a plastic bag overnight before grilling
lots of people like dijon mustard and honey on tuna steak
(not me, mustard is only for hotdogs, honey only for apples or tea)
