January 20, 2011 3:18 pm at 3:18 pm #922059 ☕ DaasYochid ☕Participant popa, I didn’t think “nice” was in your vocabulary. 🙂 January 20, 2011 3:26 pm at 3:26 pm #922060 popa_bar_abbaParticipant kookalibeer: That is pretty much my point. If you are looking to do something that you are not supposed to do the whole year, what makes you think it is a good idea to do it today? And who says being nice to your wife and kids is not a segula? I imagine doing what Hashem wants is a pretty powerful segula! Does it seem like we are ignoring what Hashem tells us he wants to try to guess what really makes Him tick? Why do we think He is trying to fool us?
