Trump pardoned 143 people last night, the list included 6 orthodox people and the handler of Jonathon Pollard
January 20, 2021 8:33 am at 8:33 am #1940568ujmParticipantTrump has been Klal Yisroel’s best friend in the White House ever. It isn’t even close.
January 20, 2021 8:59 am at 8:59 am #1940582Sam KleinParticipantWhy did he leave out sheldon silver from pardon at the end? Cause of democratic caumo? I didn’t know they had relations.
January 20, 2021 9:28 am at 9:28 am #1940590Reb EliezerParticipantPardon/s were institutec as a signal of mercy and not to encourage crooked behavior.
January 20, 2021 9:33 am at 9:33 am #1940601smerelParticipantPresidential pardons rights are abused by all presidents.
January 20, 2021 9:39 am at 9:39 am #1940606🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantUntil today smerel! We are about to usher in the single most moral, perfect and scandal-less president ever! No more abuse of power or personal favors. It will be 4-8 years of legal, above board bliss!! Thank you Hashem!

But I can see the mainstream media agreeing with her

Source please?
January 20, 2021 12:24 pm at 12:24 pm #1940654Reb EliezerParticipantIt is obvious, constitutional scholars say so, otherwise why give pardon power by making him think he is monarch and encourage crooked behavior figuring he will be pardoned anyway. Michael Cohen got no pardon because he was not loyal to the president whereas all his crooked cronies, Stone, Manafort and Banon received one.
January 20, 2021 1:11 pm at 1:11 pm #1940668Reb EliezerParticipantOne must show contritiion to get a pardon but ones listed above never showed it.
January 20, 2021 1:14 pm at 1:14 pm #1940682MenoParticipantOne must show contritiion to get a pardon
Source please?
January 20, 2021 1:29 pm at 1:29 pm #1940684🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantI personally would like his source for how he knows whether or not they’re contrite. Those left wingers seem to have brought a whole new meaning to the term “insider information ”
😁
January 20, 2021 1:55 pm at 1:55 pm #1940688Reb EliezerParticipantWhy are you belaboring the obvious? If one does not show contrition does Hashem forgive him? Why not? Because. He does not want him to repeat his sins.
January 20, 2021 1:55 pm at 1:55 pm #1940692Reb EliezerParticipantThey should expess their contrition publically.
January 20, 2021 1:55 pm at 1:55 pm #1940693Reb EliezerParticipantI think that Trump pardoned himself and family privately, so when necessary, he will be able to refer to it.
January 20, 2021 3:07 pm at 3:07 pm #1940754🍫Syag LchochmaParticipantWe aren’t talking about Hashem granting pardons.
“I think that Trump pardoned himself and family privately”
Ok, now you’re just inventing conspiracy theories. As if there aren’t enough out there
January 20, 2021 4:29 pm at 4:29 pm #1940778☕ DaasYochid ☕ParticipantI think that Trump pardoned himself and family privately, so when necessary, he will be able to refer to it.
Before or after he declared martial law?
January 21, 2021 4:05 pm at 4:05 pm #1941262commonsaychelParticipant@Reb Eleizer, I don’t know if they need to to express contrition publicly, certainly a wild public celebration is not proper
