I got a flyer in the mail yesterday from a group who claims to be Torah TV (They are in Israel, not the US)
They claim they have been blessed by Rav Shteinman )(There is a picture of him blessing wine bottles in the magazine)
Has anyone ever heard of it
Hidabroot. They are a wonderful organization. They do a lot of outreach. They also have a radio station 97.5 fm that can be heard in Brooklyn (not sure about other areas) that has shiurim in both Hebrew and English (not sure of the schedule but maybe their website has info on that) as well as Jewish music playing throughout the day.

It’s a kiruv organization broadcasting to those who have TVs with shiurim and programs for children.
They advertise on YWN.
