Torah topics that lead to discussions

Please post any Torah topic, any thing you’ve ever said or heard that led to everyone talking about the matter. What’s something that when you’re sitting at a shabbos meal, and this this topic or question, or thought comes up, and next thing you know everyone has something to say, and they’re all talking about it and arguing or agreeing or whatever. it can be controversial, it can be from Tanach or Talmud, it can be from the siddur, it can be a thought from a Rishon or Rosh Yeshiva, or a Chassidush Rebbe, just something that’s about Judaism and gets people talking.
