I disagree about putting torah on YouTube; once people are there (and it CAN be filtered…i have a good filter and use it for how-to’s and whatnot) it’s not a big deal or a shtempel of approval to put torah on it, especially for kiruv.
Always, the Siyum haShas was in Meadowlands Stadium. Yankee Stadium has five kosher stands. The meat is chassidic shechita. There is also a place for davening during the Seventh Inning Stretch.
Watching YouTube in a lot of cases is sholos klipas hatmeios, but bdieved once youtube is already in most frum homes it is important to have a ‘kosher’ presence so as to possibly prevent watching tuma. Many times over when it comes too shiurim that they should be all over youtube so that instead of getting a video of tuma being recommended you get eli stefanskys daf yomi shiur or a meangfull minute video of some rav giving a powerfull message. lechatchila obviously youtueb should be off the agenda but its very hard to get people stop once its already a popular inyan.
The Gemara says
תלמוד בבלי מסכת מגילה דף ו/א
והיה כאלוף ביהודה ועקרון כיבוסי אלו תראטריות וקרקסיות שבאדום שעתידין שרי יהודה ללמד בהן תורה ברבים
…these are the theaters and circuses in Edom where, in the future, the masters of Yehudah will teach Torah to the masses.

Let’s rephrase that:
Putting Torah on a platform which it’s ultimate purpose is for the spread of Torah on mitzvos, is like adding chocolate chips to a plain, boring cookie. (Unless you like plain, boring cookies or don’t like chocolate.)
