    You could listen to R Asher Ariely (its worth it to learn yiddish for this) & R M A Friedman & R Nissan Kaplan For Halacha: R G Meltzer on kol haloshon.

    kol halashon has thousand’s of shiurim from almost all major speaker’s, I know some shul’s have a kol halashon computer available for downloading shiurim I’m just not sure which one’s

    Torahanytime.com has thousands of shiurim & new ones are posted every day. They’ve got great speakers like Rabbi Mordechai Finkelman and Rabbi Zecharia Wallerstein and much more.

    The Top Shiurim in America came to a very sad end just 13 years ago this week, with the passing away of Rav Avigdor Miller ZT’L whose 13th Johrzeit was observed this week.

    The next best Top Shiurim sadly ended a bit over a year ago, with passing away of Rav Shlomo Brevda ZT’L.

    “Best” shiurim is all relative. It depends on the person and what kind of shiurim they need. If someone is a baal teshuva looking for inspiration, they wouldn’t gain much from a shiur by R’ Wachtfogel. A yeshiva guy might not enjoy a shiur by R’ Wallerstein.

    For yeshiva guys looking for a yeshiva, there are 2 names I’ve heard from many people as far as giving the “best” shiur:

    R’ Elya Ber Wachtfogel (South Fallsburg)

    R’ Berel Shachar (Edison)

    I know people who went to those yeshivos specifically to have them as a maggid shiur.

    Personally, when I was in Darchei Torah, I loved R’ Wachsman’s shiur (although it was just for first year Beis Medrash). I’m told that R’ Altusky also gives a very good shiur, although I was never in his shiur, and can’t attest to it personally.
