To those that have businesses that sell on ebay and amazon, what do you do when Yom Tov is a 3 day stretch? Amazon specifically requires that you answer customer emails within 24 hours, how do you get around it? Even by placing store on vacation settings, emails need to be answered within that time frame otherwise they downgrade your rating and can possibly suspend the account. Any eitzhas?
For ebay you can either go on vacation mode or change the handling time.
For amazon you can just keep your FBA going and go on vacation mode for the others. Not responding to messages within 24 hours wont get you suspended but you may get a few more bad feedback. Also – make sure you have an automatic email saying you will be away
