On Chol Hamo’ed my shul has an 8am Shacharis. It is established that we take 15 minutes for Pesukei D’Zimra and should therefore start Yishtabach at 8:15. This morning, for one reason or another, we started Pesukei D’Zimra at 8:07 (we still didn’t have a minyan yet). My question to the Coffee Room is: do we still start Yishtabach at 8:15 thereby cutting seven full minutes off of Pesukei D’Zimra (I can’t daven that quickly) or is everything pushed off seven minutes and we should begin Yishtabach at 8:22?

It was quite a controversy amongst the mispalelim. Your opinion?

    A Good Mo’ed to all.

Is there a rabbi? and even if not, who established the 15-min?
