What’s with our justice system?!?!?
its a government that claims to have justice system, just Jews fall between the cracks! if the kid was of any other race, i i think the government would take it more seriously!
What happened?
When the situation has been reversed nothing was done either, When someone was mistaken for a criminal and beaten up by one of our neighborhood security organizations, those involved were let go

In your comment on the main news site you said “why is this so bad” yet here you are railing against the justice system like this is a criminal offense?
The problem here isn’t that the guy made the video. Nasty, hateful, and stupid people have always existed. Rather the problem is that it took Facebook so long to remove it. Had this happened where the child was black/Latino or some other “marginalized group” it would have been taken down immediately.
I think jail is overkill. Was this terrible? yes. Is this person a pile of garbage for making a kid cry? yes. But it isn’t child abuse, and being a bad person doesn’t mean you need jail time. I think a sincere apology and some sensitivity training or something like that would be a lot more productive.
People yell at kids all the time.
I’m not saying it’s a good thing, but sending someone to jail for yelling at a kid will send you down a very slippery slope.
If a Yid was belittling a black kid this way cries for justice would fill the air. Instead there are 100,000’s of facebook likes.
Maybe this is the way Hashem ensures we will not reconcile with the nations.
The kid looked like he didn’t know what the meshugana was saying. The kid didn’t start crying.
I just watched the video again. I agree with Joseph. The kid had no idea what he was saying, and if he was crying it was before the guy even started talking. The guy wasn’t even yelling.
