If it’ll make you feel any better, I got lots of weird symbols and some letters from punching in random numbers but the only musical note I got was ? (alt and 14)

Mods- I think one of me threads was not put up and Im not sure why. can you please tell me what was wrong with it. I am waiting to hear a response about it from other posters and see that you did not let it go through. why is that? Please Please tell me (i think it was on “is makeup tznius”)

Here are directions to activate the numeric keypad from dummies.com:

The Hidden Numeric Keypad on Your Laptop

Open a program you can type in. (you can use the reply box here – DY)

Notepad or your work processor are good choices.

Find the Num Lock key on your laptop’s keyboard.

It might be called NumLock, or NumLk, or Num, or it might even be labeled with some type of symbol.

Attempt to activate Num Lock.

Press the Num Lock key. If nothing happens, try Shift+Num Lock.

If the text Num Lock is shown in a different color, find the matching-color key, such as Alt or Fn. Then press that key in combination with Num Lock.

Deactivate Num Lock.

Press whatever key combination you used to turn it on.

Close the program.

“Use whatever key is set up to turn on the “Num Lock” on your keyboard”

I’ve tried them all (or so I thought, apparently not!) & I’ve tried combinations.
