What you are really comparing is chocolate that is made subject to EU rules compared to SWISS. While the EU rules ensure a more truly chocolate experience I have found Swiss to be quite good. It is my understanding that Swiss chocolate can include vegetable oils while EU requires cocoa fat.
Israeli chocolate? I seem to recall hearing in the news that when Saddam Hussein (Y”SHM)’s two sons were killed while fighting Western forces, they found wrappers from Israeli candy bars in the bunker with them. Anybody else remember that?
