    I was wondering if there is someone out there allergic to both soy and milk. If you are, could you please be Mezakeh the Rabbim and give over what does not contain soy and milk, how about some nutritious food recipes?Thanks.

    Rice Dream is delicious,even if you are not lactose intolerant.They even have Rice Dream box drinks.
