I ate pickle dip in Israel and my my whole family loved it. i got the recipe without amounts, but it always comes out good:
3 kirbies, unpeeled
3 pickles (she used Israeli pickles, I use sour)
fresh garlic to taste(can use garlic powder)
mayonnaise
process kirbies and drain off some of the liquid. Add pickles and process. Add the rest.
This recipe I read somewhere, but did’nt try:
1 sour pickle diced
1 clove garlic
1 c mfayonnaise
dill
Process pickle and garlic
Add the rest and mix well.
