There are tens of apple varieties sold in stores in red, green, gold, etc. but only orange carrots. Why don’t they sell purple, red, yellow or white carrots in most supermarkets?
They do.

They definitely have purple carrots.
Some people call orange ‘red.’
Some carrots are yellow if they haven’t been treated with chemicals.
There are funny-tasting veggies which LOOK like white carrots, but are in fact horseradish and the like.
Any other colors you’d like that in?
