I don’t know if anyone realized I was gone (lurking really to see if I was missed)(and strangely seeing that I don’trealize that others are gone) but there are so many things I wanted to say I can’t hold myself back anymore (hey I made not posting for 10 days)
I don’t know if anyone follows goyish news but they’re talking about a quarterback (Tim Tebow) that thanks G-d after every touchdown and he’s being mocked by various people and it sort of reminds me of Vinegrad
Kudos to the Kol Berama post it’s a beautiful song I keep on playing it over and over and he has a great voice
On Friday my kid was wearing his blanket over his shoulders like a tallis and it made me think it looked like a kings robe and that Kol Yisrael Bnei Malachim which people don’t realize in shul

I think the Tebow story is a pretty nice one, everyone said he couldnt be successful and he has a record of 7-1 and people have an issue with him being overtly religious but hes not in your face with his religious stuff he takes a knee to pray after a touchdown or a winning game he seems like good guy.

Don’t ask. I honestly feel that Tebow makes a Kiddush Hashem. And, as far as I know, the media doesn’t mock him for religion. They just talk about him nonstop because he has tons of fans all over the country.

Can I ask why DaasYachid was blocked? He can be a little rough around the edges at times but is a good, knowledgeable, and honest poster (at least, he seems that way to me).

Maybe it really says l’kol chai-ratzon. A living being is one who has wants and Hashem provides him his needs.
I wasn’t denying that, I was answering your question about why it says wants instead of needs. Maybe it is speaking from the perspective of our requests as opposed to what we are granted.
