    Hi all,

    Hopefully moving to Israel soon, and I’ve heard from multiple people that I should buy an unlocked phone before I go. What brand/type of smart phone do you recommend for Israel, in terms of which types have the best hardware support and which ones can work well with Hebrew?

    Any phone that works on AT&T or T-Mobile networks (GSM) unlocked will work in Israel

    `first of all, determine what type of plan/capabilities you need. if its just calling ie kosher phone, then dont bring a smartphone at all. you can get a phone for free with the plan. if your going nonkosher then it pays to unlock whatever you want. just make sure i guess its quad band so itll work.
