How does one share 4 hours of sleep with two days?
(I am mevatel anything spewed from my sleepless brain…it’s not me)

That IS actually pretty close to the way sharks sleep.
They sleep one half of their brain at a time.

Last night I was out until 4:00am dealing with a dinner yet I still had to get up for shachris this morning. Who needs sleep anyway?

April 5, 2011 1:24 am at 1:24 am #756162yogiboobooMemberhakol-ambien it helps a lot. but then u become addicted and then haveto wean youself off. thats what i did but b”h it worked. another thing i do is let a movie or tv play in the background on mute. it helps me tremendously and thats better than the ambien. u might wake up just to turn it off but its def worth it. or try melatonin.
