I also found that sleeping with disposable gloves on is good – it’s good when you’re awake, too, but then you get strange looks. (I was trying to avoid the need to wash my hands.) Aquaphor is good for lips, and hands. If you want something for your face, first tell me, how often do you bob for apples?
