A friend called and tolled me that there is a Sign in Vishnitz Monsey that Agudah is accepting returns on tickets to the Siyum Hashas for a full cash refund, i think Agudah did a smart move.
the agudah will just sell the tickets to other people waiting to buy tickets
How pathetic that there’s even a need for this.
It speaks poorly of the Jewish world at large.
