If you like Naomi’s Sheitel cuts but dont want to spend that kind of money, who would you go to for a cut? I need someone who cuts Sheitels not bought by them.
Doesnt have to be the cheapest, but not very expensive either.
If the Sheitelmacher does highlights too, or has a good place she sends out for highlighting, that would be a plus.
