When you daven slower than the minyan, or if you are late to the minyan, there are certain parts of the Tefila you can skip. There is a hierarchy of what you should say if you have time. If you will make up the missed portions after the minyan concludes, do you still need to go by the official hierarchy of what to skip (i.e. in the Hallelukas, etc.)?

And what is the bare minimum? Baruch Sheamor, Ashrei, and Yishtabach +?

If you must leave early from the only minyan in town, what is the earliest possible to leave? Taking the Tefilin off after Kedusha?

the bare minimum is brochos, baruch she’omar, ashrei, yishtabach, birchos krias shema and shema, shmone esrai (i don’t know what the story is with tachanun whether it is considered attached to shmone esrai in this regard). everything else can be said without tefillin (this is referring to a typical weekday davening)

Well the post specifies that this is the only minyan in

town. Wouldn’t it be better to daven alone, with kavana

and not skipping, and perhaps then coming to the minyan

    to hear borchu, kadish, kedusha?

if you have a specific reason that you have to leave early then why dont you ask a rav or something. otherwise this thread has a bad feeling- like you are trying to get away with the most possible
