School system and scholarships

That is so sad. I just met a friend in the store today, she was so upset. They are going through a very hard time financially and her kid’s principal will not allow the child in school without payment. But the poor family mamash doesn’t have it. I remember when I was a child my family was going through a rough time (we were a big family). One day the principal rounded all of us up and sent us home until my dad borrowed some money, it was horrible. This is going to happen more and more with people having very hard times making ends meet.
