any news on the appeal?

Check back sometime in September. Appellate courts take a long time to decide something.
The Presiding Judge on the Appellate said he was bothered by the length of Shalom Rubushkin’s sentence.

It was soo nice..today in a lot of schools the kids signed up 2 do a machsom lfi and not say lashon hara from 2:00 till 4:00!! i did it and it was sooo nice!! the schools are sending in papers to the rubashkin family showing what everyone is doing…:)
