Rombom Hilchos Teshuva says pray screaming and with tears for Mashiach. Could pray quietly in the tone of voice of screaming. Pray Hashem should inspire everyone to pray screaming and with tears. Pray to free solders and hostages.

Which Perek and which Halacha is this Rambam in Hilchos Teshuva?
@jackk, its not a Rambam its in a sefer put out by the Troll Kollel
I suspect that the commentator who calls himself “bael teshuva”,
is not a Baal Teshuvah. I suspect that he intentionally spells words
the wrong way and intentionally writes incoherent sentences,
so people should laugh at Baalei Teshuvah, because
he thinks it is funny to laugh at Baalei Teshuvah.Unfortunately, many people do think that ridiculing Baalei Teshuvah\
and laughing at them is harmless and acceptable behavior.
