If it was written over- it’s going to be very hard if it’s possible at all.
If it was just deleted but not written over- then the data is still there but the link to the address is gone. You’ll need special software that looks at what is in the memory but has no link to the address. There is commercial software out there that can do that.
Do not use the card in the interim as it may write over the file.
