Trump did a lot of great things for America and Israel but in many ways is yesterday’s act. He’s no longer the outsider candidate. He’s no longer a novelty. He still won the primary in outright fashion because the Republicans have no one else. They can no longer ignore urban voters and cities to win elections. Successful liberals have taken over many suburbs in swing states and there are more successful black, asian, and other non-white people than there used to be. Harris it doesn’t make a difference whether she appears in front of reporters or not. She’s a new act and the young people want something different. Objectively she’s part of the current failing administration but it doesn’t make a difference to a lot of voters. In general, serious candidates don’t risk their reputation by running vs incumbent; DeSantis was the one candidate who tried but he couldn’t win the primary. We’ll see who climbs the ranks in the 2026 midterms and 2028 primaries.

So it sounds like you’ve given up hope on Trump? Don’t you believe that Hashem has a plan for everything? And Hashem has already decided who will win the American presidential election race a long time ago even before Biden dropped out of going for another chance of presidency.

Put your faith and trust DIRECTLY IN HASHEM (versus messengers rather they are spiritual or physical I.e. rebbe’s and segulas etc…. or doctor’s and Lawyers etc…..) and then you will openly see the hand of Hashem and the plan of Hashem and how it’s for the best of klal yisroel.

How quickly we Jews forget that President Donald Trump
was not merely pro-Israel; he was THE MOST
pro-Israel USA President of all time.

How quickly we Jews forget that President Donald Trump
was not merely pro-Jewish; he was THE MOST
pro-Jewish USA President of all time.

As USA President, Donald Trump was more pro-Israel
and more pro-Jewish than the majority of USA Jews!

In the next USA Presential election, THE MOST pro-Israel
USA President of all time, Donald Trump, will compete against
a person who wants to become the MOST anti-Israel President
    OF ALL TIME, Kamala Harris.

Given that the MOST pro-Israel candidate OF ALL TIME is
competing against the MOST anti-Israel candidate OF ALL TIME,
you might think that American Jews would ALL vote for
the MOST pro-Israel candidate OF ALL TIME, and reject
the MOST anti-Israel candidate OF ALL TIME.

But no! No! No! No! A thousand times NO!
That would be too logical!! That would male too much sense!!

American Jews have become very distracted by countless other issues,
many of them of minor importance or even totally irrelevant.

Because of these numerous distractions, and the confusion they create,
a large percentage of American Jews will vote for
the MOST anti-Israel candidate OF ALL TIME, and reject
the MOST pro-Israel candidate OF ALL TIME.

This a super-massive mistake, especially when Israel
is under intense attack, not only militarily, but also from:
the international news media, the International Criminal Court,
and as always, the United Nations Organization, and many others.

If Trump would just shut up and stop with his daily obsessions with personal grievances and personal attacks on both Democrats and Republicans who he feels slighted him, he would be ahead in the polls by 5-10 points. Fortunately, however, he can’t help himself and has energized the Dems and made the election a toss-up as of now.
    Keep it up Donald.

“He’s no longer the outsider candidate.”

Republicans have nominated two Ivy League educated rich guys. One inherited a fortune the other was a hedge fund manager in California. Democrats have nominated two people from more modest backgrounds whose education was at more modest institutions. One was a prosecutor the other was a teacher and football coach.

I wish the frum oilom would stop fawning over Trump as if it’s some sort of mitzvah to put your full support behind him.

Both parties are splitting. The traditional Republicans (now known as RINOs) are similar to the Bushes, Reagan and Eisenhower, with a strong bias towards a strong national defense, a global perspective, support for free trade and fiscal responsibility. The traditional Democrats (now know as DINOs) have their roots in Democratic presidents going back to Franklin Roosevelt, up to but not really including Obama, and are a lot closer to RINOs than to the WOKE wing that now controls the Democratic party.

One possibility is that the future will be three party: MAGA, WOKE and a DINO-RINO coalition. The alternative is that the MAGA will realize they need the RINOs, and/or the WOKE will realize they need the DINOs, and the two party system will survive unchanged.

REALITY: Donald Trump is going to lose if he continues to waste time on fake conspiracies about AI crowds. He wins if he talks policy. JD Vance tried doing that in the Dana Bash interview. Problem is that Trump cannot be told what to do, so he’ll continue to seize on the stupid, and the sycophants following him will continue to copy him, and egg him on. Enjoy President Harris

    MY RESPONSE:

What you said is NOT relevant, even if it is 100% true.

    This is relevant:

Donald Trump was the MOST pro-Israel and MOST pro-Jewish President, OF ALL TIME.

Kamala Harris, if elected, will be the MOST anti-Israel and MOST anti-Jewish President, OF ALL TIME.

Those two fact are relevant. Everything else is NOT RELEVANT.

If American Jews want to survive and prosper, they must accept this before they vote.
Otherwise, the future of American Jews does not include prosperity, or even survival.

The Democrats want to impoverish American Jews by taking away
ALL of our real estate, stocks, bonds, and bank accounts,
so all of those things can be given to Politically Correct minorities,
like: Blacks, Hispanics, gays, lesbians, transgenders, and Muslims.

There is only one thing that Trump cares about and that is Trump.
That is the key to understand everything he says and does.

If he acted Pro-Israel, it was because at that time that was what he thought was best for him.
If he gets mad at someone, or at a country, because they slighted his ego, and he feels that he should therefore remove his support, he will. If he feels it will benefit him to restore his support, he will.

Capt. Jack Sparrow once said that “A dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It’s the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they’re going to do something incredibly stupid.”

So too, you can always count on Trump to honestly do what he feels is exactly what he feels is best for himself. Honestly.

I personally feel that it’s actually a shame that Capt. Jack Sparrow isn’t running for president.

you-all should stop reading headlines and look at the data.

As an example of misleading headline: McCarthy tells T to stop talking about crowd size ^. Actual quote – stop talking about crowd size, and focus on her vulnerabilities – no platform, etc. If the actual quote would be in headlines 24-7, you would stop thinking the way you do,

Actual data from a reliable survey: 15% of voters are undecided, and 2/3 of them are open to T’s arguments with 1/3 – to K. Do the math.

Also, she is popular because people think that she has their position. She is trying to make both Jews and pro-Israel voters and pro-Palis happy at the same time, It ain’t working.

Square Root:: There are a number of old yiddish jokes whose punchline is some variation of “my gan eden is his geihinom” .

For American Yidden who don’t see Trump as the big Ohev Yisroel as he claims (and you seem to agree), and also don’t see Harris as a rabid, anti-semitic Israel hater, the your political gan eden is our geihinom.

    MY RESPONSE:

Even if what you said is 100% true, how does that make Donald Trump
any different than: Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama,
Chuck Schumer, and all the elected officials of the Democratic Party?

Even if what you said is 100% true, how does that make Donald Trump
any different than the CEOs of America’s corporations and landlords?

Even if what you said is 100% true, how does that make Donald Trump
any different than the average American?

Harris wins people kvetch about Antifa wokeism Communism BDS voter fraud J6 etc.

Trump wins people kvetch about America First Nazis, racism, dominonist Xtianity voter fraud trump assassination etc.

Guess what, neither are going to do anything remarkable.
Much like the war in Gaza, the war in Ukraine, the civil strife in Britain things will grind on to be incrementally worse with no clear exit strategy or cathartic events.

There is no going back like Trump proposes, and the way forward is gradual decline so might as well speed it up.

“How does that make Donald Trump any different than the average American?”

The last time I checked, neither Schumer, Pelosi, Harris etc, nor the “average American” doesn’t have anywhere the degree of narcissism as Trump which makes EVERYTHING about him. If he is not the biggest, the greatest, etc. he goes into a frantic counter-attack mode that even Republicans acknowledge is scary at times.. Most important to the original question (aka “how is he different”) the answer is that he has the nuclear codes and as we have seen repeatedly, is prone to act impulsively. In his last term, there were adults in the room to buffer his crazy impulses. The next time around, there may not be any adults in the situation room and he will be surrounded by Steven Bannons, Peter Navarros, etc.

Oh, and “every president promises to recognize Yerushalaim and then does not do that”

lostspark> the war in Gaza, the war in Ukraine, the civil strife in Britain things will grind on to be incrementally worse with no clear exit strategy or cathartic events.

people were saying the same in 2016 – ISIS will continue their empire, Suleimani will continue his tricks …. Then, Trump changed rules of engagement allowing US commanders to call strikes directly instead of calling White House lawyers and ISIS was soon gone. Nobody even mentions them now.
