One side said the above line, then an arrow had you turning over the card which said the same exact thing, and an arrow…
That is what I feel like checking the coffee room for updates (it’s yom tov season so a bit slow-paced) on whatever threads caught my interest, every time I pass the computer…. like an idiot:)
Like, get a life, girl! Y’got cooking and cleaning to do!
In terms of the slow pace during Yomtov season, one nice thing is that I have noticed less Loshon Hara lately – I suppose in honor of Aseres Yimei Teshuva. Hope it lasts!
OK, I have been checking less often, but the delayed response time here ( I know, it’s volunteer work) is a shtikel nerve-wracking…and anyways I am calling Optimum to say goodbye to our rip-off bill and I liked my life better without internet anyway:) I will somehow still have to use email for work (neighbor WiFi?) so if anyone wants to be in touch further,we can figure something out.
Thebabbler – I’ll miss you! You are right about life being better w/o internet though so I wouldn’t want to discourage you! Enjoy your new life! When I lived on my own and didn’t have Internet, I always felt like the Shechina was in my apartment, so enjoy Hashem’s Company in your new Internet- free life!
