As we all prepare & get ready for the saddest day of the year for klal yisroel-a day set aside for mourning the loss of both of our Batei Mikdosh & many other tragedies that occurred on the same day,

I write this letter in a state of sadness & mourning wishing mashiach had come long ago & this letter was not written.

I begin by asking, where do we see in todays generation tragedies & wakeup calls for Teshuva relating to Tisha B’av?
Below you can see many messages from hashem relating to Tisha B’av & other dates. i.e. you will not find these messages in any sefer (unless a sefer is mentioned) or newspaper neither is it from me, im not a navi or a Rav, the only answer is that it comes straight from hashem.

    1st message:
Do you know that 9/11 did not become a sad day 13 years ago when it happened.it has been our sad day for over 2000 years? ???? ???, 9 is ???? Av is 11 ???? is 12 & ???? is 1, how does that grab you? How does that shock you? what about the phone number 911? that’s also ???? ???. that’s Americas emergency number for a minimum of 50 to 100 years, why didn’t they pick 111? are you going to tell me cause a baby might press 111 by mistake? These 2 tragedies-above-were only hint’s to tisha b’av, but it wasn’t enough to bring klal yisroel to start doing teshuva. So what happened ON tisha b’av 2005, i.e. no more hints to tisha b’av? Gush Katif/the Gaza Disengagement, it was supposed to happen on tisha b’av but they waited until Motzei tisha b’av, they did not even wait till the next morning, which means it was still tisha b’av in Chutz La’aretz (diaspora). Now let me ask you something, are these 3 tragedies-relating to tisha b’av-coincidence or is it a straight message from Hashem that its time for klal yisroel to wake up & do ?????? think about it, this is not between people, this is what we each need to ask ourselves between you & Hashem privately.

    2nd message:

    3rd message:
On October 11 2006 a Yankees Baseball Players Plane (with him on it) crashed in Manhattan into a large Apartment Building, causing major damage & hundreds of lives lost. Now lets turn these numbers 11/06 upside down do you know what that is 09/11 ???? ??? isn’t that strange how all this comes out? Now we all need to ask ourselves, Is all this Coincidence or are they straight Signs from H-shem that its time for us to wake up & do ?????. Did you come to think about that?

    4th message:

    6th message:

To end off on a happy ending I have written below a message that everyone of us can benefit for the rest of our lives & can change us into better people.
    7th message:
Becoming a Baal Betuchen & Emuna (Faith & trust) is no simple matter. A person can’t just say, let me have faith in hashem, it is a long & Difficult journey. Becoming a person of Betuchen & Emuna in Hashem is an average of a 30 year journey minimum. (not from when your born, but from when the journey starts) Do you know what these 30 years are? Only the first 10 percent of the journey is learning every mussar sefer in the world, the other 90 percent of the journey is passing every single Nisayon (test) with Ahava (love) etc… , from accidents to robberies to deaths Chas V’Shalom etc… A true person of Faith knows the mishna in pirkei Avos that says the good & bad is all for the good every minute of the day , 24-7. Every Nisayon that a person gets from Hashem & passes, brings him closer & closer to Hashem & every test that a person experiences gets harder & harder, but a person can never ask Hashem why something bad is happening, because we all know that if a person was not able to pass a test then Hashem would never give it to him. Nothing in the world will effect a person of Bitachon, no matter what happens, cause he knows that everything Hashem does is for the good. Do you know what the reward for being a person of Faith & trust is? The reward is worth more then all the money in the world, the reward is the gift of Happiness, you get to be the happiest person in the world cause nothing in the world will effect you. Now can you tell me a better reward then that?.

May we all take these messages with us through Tisha B’av & may it remain woth you throughout the year to help you grow & get closer to Hashem.

May we all do teshuva ASAP so all tzaros can end & mashiach can come.
I Wish everyone a easy fast & may this Tisha B’av become a Yom tov celebrated in Yerushalyim with the Bais Hamikdosh.

    Signed
Yearning for Mashiach daily with tears

I have a question: how can I force myself to feel sad if I don’t?

put yourself into the situation we are mourning, can you imagine what it means Hashems Shechina (holy presence) leaving klal yisroel & his Bais Hamikdosh on fire? can you imagine the simcha we had in the days when the Bais Hamikdosh was standing?

How would you feel if you saw on live video on YWN jewish homes C”V-during the gaza war-on fire? wouldn’t you feel bad & sad for peoples losses & hope no one was killed or injured C”V IN the fire? this is what we call the mitzvah of “nosei b’ol chaverio” feeling the pain of your brothers.

In truth you are right, we are now living in the new generation, where everyone is living in Denial without waking up & facing reality, we just wanna have a good time & don’t care about another persons sad situation (sickness, dept or any other tragic situation)

This part isn’t true, at lest for me. I do care about another person’s “sad situation.” I just find it difficult to get emotional about something that happened 2,000 years ago. Sorry.

    #1204266

“No, I can’t. Guess I’m not on a high enough madreigoh.”

I just find it difficult to get emotional about something that happened 2,000 years ago. Sorry.

So can you maybe cry for that? the fact that you cant cry over the beis hamikdash? it is perfectly normal not to be able to cry for something that doesn’t touch you in some way, so maybe try crying because you don’t have what to cry about

    #1204267

OK. Time for some fun here.

Could someone here (or anywhere) please explain to me what the “message from Hashem” in reference to this 9/11 thing has to do with being a “wake-up call for Teshuva”? The Baal Haturim is full with remozim, gematrios, roshei teivos, sofei teivos etc., yet I never found him saying “OK, that’s your wake-up call to do Teshuva”. (or better yet “I got it straight from Hashem!)

We have to do Teshuva whether or not any relation to the Churban has to do with those numbers or not. Or of Tehilim. Mixed Secular dates with Yiddish ones… I’d like to hear more of these “messages direct from Hashem” – BEFORE THEY HAPPEN.

Or is the OP trying to eliminate any notion one may have that something happening in the world is c”v coincidence. So now I know it’s not coincidence, because of these haphazard “signals” straight from above…

Oh, and now that we finally have the web, emails etc., we can finally have the “movement Hashem needs and is awaiting for…

And lastly… I don’t think it’s up to anyone to take another to task for not being able to feel the Churban. Medrash Aicha says that Rebbe Yochanan didn’t feel as much a Rabbeinu Hakadosh, since he was later on.. No one took him to task for that (we just wanna have a good time & don’t care about another persons sad situation…)

OK, we’re now at the very end of our long journey. The fact that there are those that do (or to any extent), the fact that one feels the need or want to partake in this communal national mourning, should surprise and amaze you. Ashreichem Yisroel!!

I started reading this loooong post because it looked like it might have some interesting material. Until I got to this part.

    “3rd message:

On October 11 2006 a Yankees Baseball Players Plane (with him on it) crashed in Manhattan into a large Apartment Building, causing major damage & hundreds of lives lost.”

I looked up the event. Not to ever minimize loss of life but 2 people died. Not “hundreds”. Or anything close to that.

Once you start to make up facts, anything else you have to say – no matter the value – becomes suspect.

WOW!!! Still around spouting these messages….

We all need to do teshuava, some more than others. Yeah, you guessed it… little me. Major job in store, big renovations in all areas of YiddishKite, hope to get at least somewhere.. HELP!!

HOWEVER… none of this has anything to do with the haphazard jungle of synapses spewed above. Yes, everything in the world is for us, for us to learn something… for us to take to heart… הכל בשביל ישראל, it’s not for us to claim these “messages” straight from above.. or that “HaShem is just waiting / needing for our message to be broadcast…” Or better yet “He’s waiting for you to join our movement”

I have a niggling feeling somewhere that a Navi didn’t go around shouting “See what happened to the Yankeess? that happend on (Goyeshe date of)… turn the numbers upside down… SO THAT’S A SIMAN YOU SHOULD DO TESHUVA….” I have a feeling messages “from Above” were of a different nature…

And the messengers too, they were נביאים טובים, good, caring, humble, sincere and all the other exemplary fine character traits HaShem would look for to send His word earthward through. They had no need to speak to Bnei Yisroel condescendingly.

Yesterday was a head leader Moshe Rabbeinu and Esther Hamalka yahrtzeit.

Moshe Rabbeinu is still crying to Hashem like Rochel Imeinu does daily for her loving children to bring an end to all the tzaros in klal yisroel and bring the coming of Mashiach as soon as possible.

When will we join them for our own sake to put a complete stop to all the non stop suffering in klal yisroel of hatred and horrific tragedies etc…. Are we ready yet to come together as one loving nation like we did in the story of Purim to take Hashems wake up call and do serious yeshiva and Achdus together with love so Mashiach can be sent our way already? Hashem is waiting every moment to send Mashiach down to this world to stop our non stop suffering and redeem up with the ultimate redemption. THE CHOICE IS ALL IN OUR HANDS

It’s tragic that we still need to spend another Tisha Bav in mourning since a year ago as we still remain in golus due to many reasons R”L. it pains the Shchina to see Hashems loving children still suffering in exile and going through such times of non stop horrific tragedies R”L. Rochel imeinu is crying every day for her loving children suffering in exile begging Hashem to redeem us already and bring the Geula and Mashiach.

But how can Hashem bring us the Geula and Mashiach if the reason the second Bais hamikdosh was destroyed for Sinas Chinam (baseless hatred) is worse today then in the days when it was destroyed? There’s many other reasons why our loving father Hashem can’t send us Mashiach already like Hashem would love to and make a complete stop to all suffering in klal yisroel.

May we all wake ourselves up from living in denial and accept Hashems wake up call for serious Teshuva and Achdus together ASAP

what does the tzaar of the shchina mean? The shchina is the presence of Hashem. Wouldn’t it make more sense to say Hashem’s tzaar? And all midos of Hashem are actually hanhagos, so the shchina is not actually betzaar.

    #2113321

Hashem does not show His presence because of His sadness that He had to destroy the Beis Hamikdash, so the shechina is in galus and hidden from us. We must daven for the galus hashechina to be revealed again. We don’t understand the tzaar of Hashem.

Hashem is not a physical person human being and correct that Hashem doesn’t have feelings but how do you think Hashem feels when Hashem is watching his loving nation klal yisroel down in this temporary physical world going after all our physical desires and pleasures and not taking his wake up call messages for serious Teshuva and Achdus together ASAP?

How would YOU feel if you were a doctor and you know that your critical suck patient could’ve avoided his entire life threatening situation if he had only listened to his doctor and taken his daily medicine like you directed him?

The possuk says (Devorim 30:3) – ושב ה’ אלקיך את שבותך

Rashi comments that it does not say והשיב (i.e. that He will return the Yidden), rather ושב – He Himself will return with the Yidden.
The Shechina dwells with Bnei Yisroel in their suffering in golus, and when we are redeemed – He will return with us.

It also says עמו אנכי בצרה Hashem’s dwelling is with us in galus, the shechina. The Dubner Maggid explains what its says אנכי ארד עמך I will descend with you, and אעלך גם עלה, I will lift you out and Myself. The questions he asks, why by going down Hashem comes first whereas by coming up we come first? He compares this to a father who takes his young son to a swimming pool. When going down, to protect him, he goes down first and when coming up the protection is that the son should come first. Similarly, Hashem went down to Mitzraim first, then He took us down. However, when coming up, He takes us out first. Maybe this explains also the contradiction in the beginning of Shemos הבאים, present and באו, past. The Rabbenu Bachaya says that איש וביתו refers to Hashem and His court. So when the Jews went down to Mitzraim, Hashem came already. It will happen similarly in the current galus based on the pasuk, כימי צאתינו ממצרים אראנו נפלאות, the wonders we will see will be similar now as when we left from Mitzraim.

Tisha B’Av is related to Pesach as the first day coincides. Many things the Nazis ym’s learned from Pharaoh for example the Jewish kapos and putting those able to work and murdering the rest. Pharaoh would have done the same thing if not for the recognition of Yosef. The Chasam Sofer explains that if not for Pesach, by leaving before the time, other galusin would not have occurred and no Tisha B’av would have happened. The Binah Leitim explains that Hashem rather than fold the belt and hit us at one time, He used on us a regular belt multiple times.

To explain Sam Klein who says Hashem has no feelings and then speaks about feelings. The Rambam explains that the Torah uses human expressions for our understanding, lesaber es haozen, by using descriptions, like emotions, anger, mercy.. and body parts, hands, eyes, ears, mouth..

    #2113499
    Reb Eliezer

The Chasam Sofer also explains that we eat hardboiled eggs at the Seder to symbolize that similar to eggs where the more they get cooked the harder they get, we the Jews the more we suffer the stronger we stand my our emunah. I heard that we are compared in Shir Hashirim to a rose among the thorns which will grow straight through avoid bending on either side not to get hurt. We the Jews also grow straight by avoiding the suffering when we bend away from Hashem.

The Sefer Hachinuch explains that we are not suppose to pray to Hashem, have mercy on me as You have mercy on a bird by Shiluach Hakein, as we are comparing Hashem’s mercy to ours where ours comes automatically from emotions whereas Hashem’s mercy comes from His understanding. So all His emotions come from His understanding. The body parts above are a model to the functioning of our body parts below.

    Menachem,

Sorry for going off-topic but what is the meaning of the term “Kiddush Lubavitch”? Is it meant to be comparable to a “Kiddush Hashem”? One never hears the words “Kiddush Satmar” or “Kiddush Yeshiva” from those groups. Have Chabad leaders considered how strange it sounds and that this only creates “Elokus” doubts and suspicions?

, I guess that שנאה blinds you to the extent that you will find “Elokus doubts and suspicions” in everything in Chabad, as is apparent from your ridiculous and off-topic comment.

P.S. If you truly have a burning question, start your own thread.
If it’s just לקנטר, continue to troll all of my comments.

P.P.S. What is the meaning of the name “GadolHadofi”? Is it meant to be comparable to “Gedolei HaTorah”? Are you saying that there is דופי in the words of Torah chas v’shalom? It sounds like you have doubts in the 8th Ani Maamin…

I asked a question with no שנאה intended and was simply informing you that the term does create Elokus doubts and suspicions amongst people. Is there a reason you’re lashing out with anger to another Jew and refuse to answer the question? It seems that whenever certain Chabad followers are asked uncomfortable questions the response always is “everyone hates us so much”.

My handle is intended as a quip in response to that of GadolHadorah. I answered, now it’s your turn.

Why don’t we bring it down to the physical world level?

How can a person feel the pain of another yid-nosei beol- going through major suffering chas vshalom? By putting himself into that person exact situation and feeling what suffering chas vshalom he must be dealing with right now. And doing something about it to help his friend out. If he needs financial help or chizzuk etc….

Now bring this up a level to ruchnius etc…. How do YOU think Hashems holy shechina is feeling watching his loving children klal yisroel suffering so much in Golus rachmana litzlan especially when it all could’ve been avoided if klal yisroel as a whole nation together had done teshuva before Hashem had to make klal yisroel go through so much tzaros rachmana litzlan? Hashems holy shechina is going through such unlimited pain 24-7 begging Hashem to find a way to stop klal yisroel suffering already.

But with Hashem blessing all of us with bechira-free will-the choice is completely in our hands when the suffering of klal yisroel will come to a complete stop. As soon as we wake ourselves up from living in denial and FACE REALITY together as one loving nation begging Hashem forgiveness and do serious teshuva and Achdus then Hashem can send Mashiach already bkarov.

Today was the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 tragedies that shook the world. Does anyone even remember the wake up call DIRECTLY FROM HASHEM that was sent down to the world as the planes hit the buildings?

Read the original message from the writer many years ago that was sent down DIRECTLY FROM HASHEM on 9/11/2001 and not 10 years later but actually as the planes hit the buildings.

Yesterday was the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 tragedies that hit the world. Does anyone even remember what the shocking wake up call message was DIRECTLY FROM HASHEM relating to the 9/11 tragedies that were sent down as the planes hit the buildings.

Below is the complete SHOCKING MESSAGE DIRECTLY FROM HASHEM RELATING TO THE TRAGEDIES OF 9/11

Do you know that 9/11 is our sad day for over 2000 years? תשעה באב, 9 is תשעה Av is 11 אלול is 12 & תשרי is 1, how does that grab you? How does that shock you? What about the phone number 911? A number only used for emergencies and tragedies, that’s also תשעה באב. That’s America’s emergency number for a minimum of 50 to 100 years, why didn’t they pick 111? Wouldn’t that have been a better number? Are you going to tell me because a baby running around the house might play with the phone & press 111 by mistake? These 2 tragedies-above-were only hint’s to tisha b’av, but it wasn’t enough to bring klal yisroel to start doing teshuva. So what happened ON tisha b’av 2005, i.e. no more hints to tisha b’av? Now let me ask you something, are these 3 tragedies-relating to tisha b’av-coincidence or is it a straight message from Hashem that its time for klal yisroel to wake up & do תשובה? You think about it, this is not between people, this is between each person & Hashem.

May we all accept Hashems wake up call for serious Teshuva and Achdus together ASAP so Hashem can send Mashiach already bkarov

“Av is 11 אלול is 12 & תשרי is 1, how does that grab you? How does that shock you?”

It shocks me that a ostensibly frum person can no so little about the Jewish calendar and possibly be over an aseh

“Hachodesh hazeh lachem roch chadashim” Nisan is the first month. Av is the fifth (“Tzom hachamishi”) not the 11th. Tishrei is not the first month, calling it the first month is at best wrong, and possibly a bitel aseh (according to the Ramban)
