is saying “etcetera etcetera” in speech or in written form ( etc. etc. ) improper? since the second etcetera is made redundant by the first one? or is it fine as a form of epizeuxis ?
That last one, I think, for humorous effect only.
Three times, not two.
It’s very improper and I don’t know why people do it.
