at 8 am shabbos (in NY) it is already midnight after motzai shabbos in Sydney and Melbourne, in which case by 3 am Sunday morning it is already 7 pm sunday night in australia. Unless you keep shabbos on sunday, I don’t see any chilul shabbos here. please get your facts straight before making accusations.
I was able to get that in before the thread closed 🙂
You might have to start keeping Shabbos on Sunday if they mess with the date line.
