i’ll tell you first how it comes out so that you’ll understand it.. It’s a layer meringue, whisked topping or substitute, meringue, topping, meringue, topping, meringue, either topping and decorate with e.g. cherries or choc. or choc over meringue.
It looks and tastes great and is really not very difficult to make!
Whisk eggs and sugar and bake it on 3 trays, not too high, for a couple of hours. If you have the time bake on low and for much longer and that way it’ll stay white (and not be browned) layer it like above etc and enjoy!!
