Whether you put money in the pushka each time you get angry,or a popcorn kernel in a jar each time you are patient,try doing it with a friend….A small group learning a sefer with an interesting speaker or 2 friends checking in with each other at a specified time daily is a great and EFFECTIVE way to keep our anger/other weak area in check.
At first it seems like it’s all abstract,but after a few weeks,you start noticing the difference.Really!
