    I once bought face paint packages for .25 each when it was in a 90% off bin on November 1st! We were able to offer unlimited face painting at our purim carnival that year.

    After Halloween, Target and Walmart have huge sales/discounts on their Halloween candy. Last year, I saw a frum family buy tons of candy for Purim.

    If you are worried they will melt, freeze them.

    After all the goyishe holidays, I purchase kosher candy on sale (most of it has OU-D), and use it for Purim and whatnot.

    Heh. I take advantage of this every February.

    Eeees and I met in late February and we celebrate the anniversary of that date every year (in addition to our wedding anniversary). Of course, all the good “love” gifts go on sale after Valentine’s Day. 🙂
