There you go Utah i warned you.
I was in Utah last year and according to the Chabad Rabbi in Salt Lake, Provo has the highest concentration teen age substance abuse rehab centers in the US. Why? Utah is the only state that allows parents,to commit a child without the Childs consent.the rabbi goes twice a week because of the number of kids there from LA Monsey Flatbush Williamsburg NJ and Lakewood.the kids range from MO Chasiddish and Yeshivish
