Am I allowed to put a translucent powder on with a brush on Shabbos Morning to absorb oil that gathered on my makeup? (I don’t want to dab it with a tissue because then the makeup becomes splotchy) anyone ever had this question?(I asked a rav and all he wasn’t able to give a clear answer.)
Ask another rav. (You’re allowed to if the first one didn’t know the answer).
