Now that B”H the pandemic has calmed, and B”h in the frum community Bli Ayin Hara it’s virtually non existent, which hotels have reopened and are allowing dates to occupy their lounges. Someone told me that their sister was brought out to a lounge last week. All of us daters had enough of backyards by now.

a. I don’t need a shadchan. I’m happily married.
b. Even if I did need one, our hashkafos are so different that I doubt you could effectively set me up with anyone.
c. I have a high degree of doubt about your claim. The Wolf

Perhaps going to the Home Depot to watch their demonstrations of how to tile your shower in the Post-Corona era or if you are up in the Mountains for the Summer,
edited. Is it really that difficult to write a post without adding a smear of the frum community? I did notice you refrained over the last few months, sorry to see it’s revival -29
Otherwise, the outdoor tables at Tavern on the Green and several other city parks provide a nice place for a drink with the benefits of an outside venue.

We are seeing that states who have reopened to some degree such as Texas and Arizona are reporting increases in hospitalizations. It could also happen in the New York/ New Jersey area as they begin to reopen.
That being said, many hotels that have opened up are being more restrictive about who they are letting in to the building. Some are only open to people who are staying in the hotels and staff. In New York, you will probably have to wait until the reopening stage where bars and restaurants are allowed to seat guests inside before hotel lobbies will fully open up to the public.
I suggest switching to park dates. I’m not as familiar with park locations in Brooklyn, but Central and Riverside park are open and are always nice date spots. If you want to get a bit creative on later dates, do a picnic otherwise just go on a walk.

It would be to their benefit because if no one is dating no one is marrying. And they could generate some income from serving the couples dating. They can use the mechitzas as partitions to keep meetings more private.
You should spread the word to your community wedding halls.
