    $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

It’s the only thing that’s really appreciated. They probably have 100 candy dishes already from all the years.

Send an envelope with cash rather than spend on something. Attach a nice letter to make it personal.

i usually give something like a candy dish (this year it’s glass desert cups) with nuts and candy and a cash present.

I can get a fancy sparkling grape juice and Schmerling chocolate bars with food stamps–even if I don’t have cash.I think my kids’ teachers and rebbeim understand. And the nice notes are free, and appreciated. If I ever do have the extra cash to give…I’ll send, gladly.

We usely give $$$$$ + nice mishloach manus, The question is if instead of a $10 wine we should give a cheap candy in a nice dish.

i am a teacher and i always appreciate whatever the kids give! i LOVE when they come on purim its so fun to see them out of the classroom and having a good time! i know its hard for parents to come on purim (all the traffic….) so i appreciate them making the trek!!

gift certificate to a seforim store.. $10, $18, more if you’re able, depending on your budget & how many rebbes/morahs you have to get for.

cash is the universal gift certificate and easier for you to get a hold of also.

    can i point out something?

parents; when planning out your purim schedule… dont forget abt the assistant teachers!! i know its a hard day to get to everyone but dont forget, when the teacher is teaching, the assistant is busy with the “little” things…. making copies, getting bandaids, checking homework, reviewing with the kids who need special attention etc….. just because they are not the main teacher doesnt mean they dont devote just as much or that they dont love your kids the same way the teacher does because they do! but of course if there is only time for one there is no question the regular teacher goes first!but if you have time and it fits into your plan dont think theyre not important! i know i couldnt manage without my WONDERFUL assistant!!!! they do more than you think!

just wanted to put that idea out there! thanks for listening!
