Chap Stick: see Lipstick: No supervision necessary. Unflavored only, new tube.

    Cosmetics:

Regarding any cosmetics, hair spray, soaps, shampoos, deodorant, powders (medicated, perfumed, baby, face,

foot, etc…), the opinion of the Rabbis that permits these items even without special Passover supervision, may

    be followed.

Lipstick: All unflavored which do not contain wheat or oat flour may be used on Pesach. No organic lipsticks.

Chapstick, Blistex and Chapstick cold sore therapy are acceptable without a mark.

I hope this was helpful. I got it from the J.S.O.R Pesach kosher list for 2012.

stick- cRc says that liquid deodorant, cologne, perfume, hairspray, shaving lotion may contain denatured alcohol which should not be used on Pesach.

I think all Clinique is kosher lePesach, but as others said, it’s not really an issue. However, as yitayningwut said, other stuff might be an issue..

R’ Gershon Bess from Los Angeles put out a list.

I find the actual list pretty useless since almost nothing I or my family members use is on it. It probably covers whatever his wife and daughters are familiar with.

BUT what is incredibly USEFUL is his list of problematic ingredients.

    If you know that

    triticum vulgare = wheat and

    avena sativa = oats and

ethyl alcohol = a problem, you can already put away most of your stuff. Then figure out what the ingredients from the makeup you have left are.
