Assume you are contemplating living in Punta Patilla in PC….I’m not really sure why but a fairly large percentage of Panamanian yidden lean towards “frum”/”traditional” as compared to most other countries in Latin America. Also, the airport at PC has really good connections to both the U.S. and Europe. I’ve passed through there various times on business and vacation trips but never “lived” there so cannot really comment on what daily life would be for a young family but I know they have kosher markets, one or two restaurants and an orthodox school. Its also great if you like the outdoors…you are literally in the rainforest less than an hour’s drive from home.
“he [OP] wants to open a new kiryas tosh in panama”
Panama is a great choice. Less chance of vaking up at 5:30 AM and finding the mikvah frozen or being lectured in French about getting your measles vaccine.
Panama (hat) – Looking for information about wearing Panama hat pros and cons for a young frum yeshiva bochur any info is much aporeciated. Also need information on punctuation spelling grammar sentence structure usage.
Interesting how it’s worth being insulting just to get an edited version of an anonymous coffeeroom post. Are all your other people skills like that? (Rhetorical question as I’ve been here quite a while)
Subtle humor? That would be the first half. As far as the op being insulted, I have no idea. But guess what, neither does he. When I chill out it’s at my own expense, not someone elses.
